Showcasing the Contact Centre industry in the North East is really important to us at Sage, especially as we are a company born in the North East. The NECCA awards are well organised and the judging process is one of the most robust I have experienced whilst also being enjoyable and supportive. It was rewarding to be able to showcase my achievements, and also those of my team whilst benchmarking them against other companies. For that reason alone it is worth taking part.
